Hope Cafe in Liverpool serves Peruvian, Italian and American fusion food, donating all profits to The People Project — an organization seeking to help people in poverty in 13 different nations. People Project CEO Matthew Cullipher founded the cafe after living in Peru for five years. He and a team of volunteers plan to run a secondary location in downtown Syracuse.
